Jonathan Loofe UJIA North to South Bike Ride 2017
I wanted to raise money for two charities, both of which I think are worthy causes, by challenging myself to a bike ride. The route will take me through Israel and across a distance of over 500km from Metula on the Lebanese border, to Eilat over 5 days.
The first of the two charities is A Smile For Orly, a local charity which provides services and support to local children’s activities. The money raised will help to make a huge difference to young people across Greater Manchester - from bringing positive experiences to children who are in hospitals and hospices through funding Manchester Magic Medics at The Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital,

The second, is a UJIA supported charity called Karmiel Children’s Village. This is a community home to over 200 children in 18 family units, who have been orphaned or are unable to live with their families which, is undergoing much needed development. The money raised from the ride will go towards supporting this project but in particular and we will be contributing to the refurbishment of the family units.

Please support these worthy causes with whatever you can. We are self-funding the trip to ensure that every penny raised is passed on to the benefactors.
So please, dig deep and donate now.
